These services are intended only for businesses and professionals acting in their business or professional capacity, not consumer subscriptions.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Vendor Pro and Featured Placement are billed as separate monthly recurring subscriptions. The applicable price, currency, and billing interval are displayed before checkout. Each subscription is independent, so a vendor may hold one or both products at the same time.
2. Payment processing
Stripe processes payments and provides hosted billing management and access to payment records. Ricardo Manuel Moreira de Almeida, trading as Lorezi, supplies the services. Lorezi does not store raw card details. Stripe payment receipts do not replace any fiscal invoicing obligations that apply to Lorezi.
3. Activation
Payment does not create vendor authority. Paid features are activated only after the purchaser can be matched to a vendor relationship that Lorezi has verified. Payments that cannot be matched safely may be held for review rather than automatically granting vendor access.
4. Automatic renewal
Unless cancelled, each monthly subscription renews automatically using the payment method associated with the subscription. Renewal dates and billing status are maintained separately for Vendor Pro and Featured Placement.
5. Cancellation and billing management
You may cancel at any time. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents the next renewal, and normally preserves paid entitlement through that paid period. Use the secure Stripe Customer Portal link issued by Lorezi following vendor verification, or contact contact@lorezi.com for assistance. No arbitrary customer identifier is accepted to obtain billing access.
6. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment or request updated payment information. Lorezi records the affected subscription as past due while normal retry or recovery is in progress. An entitlement that was already active remains available during that recovery period, but a past-due status by itself cannot create or activate a new paid entitlement. The affected paid entitlement may be paused or removed when billing reaches a terminal state such as unpaid, cancelled, incomplete-expired, or explicitly paused, subject to the configured Stripe lifecycle and applicable law. A failed Featured Placement payment does not automatically disable Vendor Pro, and a failed Vendor Pro payment does not automatically disable an otherwise valid Featured Placement subscription.
7. Refunds
Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by applicable law or when an erroneous or duplicate charge is being corrected. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Tax information
The operator's current Portuguese VAT regime is Regime especial de isenção — Art.º 53.º CIVA. This statement does not determine the tax treatment of every international transaction. Applicable treatment depends on the transaction and confirmed legal obligations. Business name, billing country and relevant tax identification information may be requested where needed. Tax automation remains disabled until the applicable treatment is confirmed. Lorezi will not represent tax as collected when it has not been collected.
9. Billing records
Lorezi may retain Stripe customer, subscription, product, price, and payment-link identifiers in its private vendor records to reconcile activation, renewal, payment failure, cancellation, support requests, and audit history. These identifiers are operational records and do not affect editorial treatment.
10. Editorial firewall
Billing status never changes Lorezi’s independent score, rating, review, verdict, comparison winner, organic ranking, recommendation, or editorial conclusion. Payment controls commercial entitlements only.
11. Billing questions or disputes
For billing questions, cancellation assistance, or a disputed charge, contact contact@lorezi.com with the company name, software product, and relevant billing details. Do not email full payment-card information.
